Store Return Policy

Store Return Policy:

For defective items, you may return most items sold through MaureenHancock.com within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping and handling charges. We will pay the shipping cost for items returned as a result of our error.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
• Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
• Any book that has obvious signs of use.
• Any CD that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at orders@MaureenHancock.comand we will provide you with instructions for replacement.

Please send returns to: Maureen Hancock, The Carriage House #5, 102 West Center Street, West Bridgewater, MA, 02379. We will issue a credit to your Visa, MasterCard or Discover card as soon as we have received your package.

Shopping Requirements
: ALL purchases through the Maureen Hancock Store must be made using a standard browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox (PC users) or Firefox or Safari (Mac users).

Shipping now available worldwide* via The United States Postal Service only.

Orders take approximately 5-7 business days for processing (subject to immediate availability). When ordering more than two items, please use a physical street address. We cannot ship orders with multiple items to a P.O. Box address.

If you have problems placing an order, please email orders@MaureenHancock.comwith specific details of your problem, and we will respond as soon as possible, usually within 3 working days.
